Excursion to Featherdale Wildlife Park.

Koala.

Koalas are marsupial and live only in Australia.

There size about 68-82 cm.

Koalas live in eucalytp forests. They spend most of their time curled up asleep in the high treetops. They sleep between 18 to 20 hours a day.

Their tiny tail and padded bottom lets them sleep comfortably in hard tree branches.

Although koalas look slow, they can move quickly when they want to and are fast, strong climbers. Their sharp claws help them climb better. They are also good swimmers.

Koalas are very choosy eaters, eating only particular gum leaves. They can eat 1 kg of leaves every day. They rarely need to drink water, getting most of the moisture they need from the leaves.

Females have one baby at a time. After the baby leaves its mother's pouch for 7 months , ususally riding comfortably on her furry back.

They live for about 20 years.

Hi my dear friends.
I am in Moscow and very elated.
I have a lot of visitors: my family and friends. Too much to talk.
I continue to enjoy my stay of home. Just now only has sat down, I've heaps to do, all in all as a bee, only not buzzing.
Today I have watched a Easter party on Marion blog and had tears. It is so touching and funny! I miss very much!
Best wishes...
Yours Natalie

Harmony Day encourage people to say no to racism, reaffirm our shared values as a community and celebrate Australia's advancements as a multicultural society.
And this Great Day on St. George College aims to become a worldwide event involving people from diverse backgrounds in an effort to preserve Peace and Harmony.
...You're not alone
We are with you
We are Australian ...

My interests are art, psychology, creative work.

My hobbies are designing and landscaping. They give me a lot of satisfaction and they keep me occupied during my free time. I adore creative work but in Australia I do not yet live in a house with garden and so, I occupy myself with my new passion: food decoration. It is really amazing to transform ordinary food into works of art! I do it with the greatest pleasure. Somebody can do it as well?

I'm Natalie, but you can call me Natasha – that’s how they call me at home.I come from Moscow, Russia and I would like to tell you a few things about my country.Russia is a country of vast landscapes, vibrant life, beautiful contrasts, and interesting people. Russia is often called a "bridge" between Europe and Asia, both geographically and sociologically.Moscow displays the country's contrasts at their most extreme. The ancient and modern are juxtaposed side by side in this city of 15 million inhabitants. The Russian capital has matured over a millennium into a richly layered, ever-expanding and never-sleeping metropolis.
